Our coffee van services are subject to availability. They may be affected by factors outside our control (such as weather, traffic, or event conditions). We accept no liability for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, TNT Doughnuts, its employees, and agents accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of this website, our products, or our services. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Thank you for shopping with TNT Doughnuts. We value our customers and want you to be delighted with your purchase and experience. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for product purchases and coffee van bookings.

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure with goods;

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and

  • Replacement or repair of goods if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under the ACL.

2. Coffee Beans & Product Returns

We take pride in providing quality coffee beans and products. However, please note:

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans and food products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect purchase.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@tntdoughnuts.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Shipping costs for approved returns may be reimbursed at our discretion.

3. Equipment and Merchandise

For coffee accessories, brewing equipment, or merchandise:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for faulty goods.

  • The item must be returned with proof of purchase and in its original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless required by law.

4. Coffee Van Bookings

We understand that plans can change. The following terms apply to coffee van bookings:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations made more than five business days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit (less any applicable administrative fees).

  • Cancellations made within five business days of the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Suppose the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other emergencies beyond our control). In that case, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund for any payments made.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking for safety, location restrictions, or other reasonable reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  1. Contact us at admin@tntdougnuts.net with your order or booking number.

  2. Include a description of the issue and, if applicable, photos of the product or service concern.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide the following steps within 2–3 business days.

6. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
